Over the Christmas period Infinity Business Systems main office will be closed. An on-call engineer will provide emergency IT and Telephone system support on working days, see information below.

Christmas and New Year Opening Times 2016/17
Infinity’s offices will be closed over the Christmas and New Year period, the offices will re-open on Tuesday 3rd January 2017. If you have any accounting enquiries please email firstname.lastname@example.org and a member of the accounts team will get back to you when the office re-opens.
An on-call engineer will be available to handle IT and Telephone System emergencies on the following days…
Wednesday 28th December – 9am till 5:30pm
Thursday 29th December – 9am till 5:30pm
Friday 30th December – 9am till 5:30pm
There will be no support on the Bank Holidays (Monday 26th December, Tuesday 27th December and Monday 2nd January).
If you are on a Managed Service with system monitoring all systems will continue to be monitored and any emergency issues will be forwarded to the on-call engineer.
