The help desk will be closed this Friday, 1st June for staff training.
The difficult decision has been taken to close the help desk this Friday, 1st June, for us to complete necessary staff training. The training we are delivering to the help desk team is essential to ensure that we provide the best service possible to your business.
We will operate an emergency service on Friday for any issues that cannot wait until Monday 4th June when we re-open as usual at 8 AM. If you have a non urgent support request please email email@example.com or call on Monday 4th June.
The help desk number will play a recorded message to advise that the help desk is closed and provide the number to call for emergency support.
