During the holidays we will operate an on-call engineer service for emergency IT and Telephone System issues. For non-emergency requests and issues please submit a support request by emailing email@example.com and we will get back to you when the office re-opens. To contact the on-call engineer please email firstname.lastname@example.org and add URGENT to the subject of your email or call 0116 2225322 and choose option 1.
If you have a Managed Services Agreement with us, all systems will continue to be monitored over the festive period and any urgent issues will be forwarded to the on-call engineer.
