To contact the on-call engineer please email email@example.com and add URGENT to the subject of your email or call 0116 2225322 and choose option 1.
If you have a Managed Services Agreement with us, all systems will continue to be monitored over the festive period and any urgent issues will be forwarded to the on-call engineer.
