Our team of experienced engineers can work on all major systems either remotely or on site and will be happy to assist whether your have a major fault or small programming changes.
Our maintenance agreements cover your system Monday to Friday, 8:00am till 5:30pm (excluding bank holidays). Support requests can be made using our self service customer portal, email or telephone. If you have a major service affecting fault we will respond within four hours and aim to fix within 16 hours, for minor non service affecting faults or programming changes we will respond withing eight hours and aim to fix within 48 hours. Critical faults will always get priority support.
Twice yearly maintenance visits will be scheduled with you to check the health of the system, here is what is covered by the maintenance check.
Physical hardware checked for defects, signs and wear and tear.
Cabled connections to the telephone system are checked for cable fatigue and damage.
Backup of system programming will be made and stored.
Programming will be checked for any issues and corrections made.
Minor programming changes will be made including changes to the clock and extension names.
Handsets checked for damage and signs of wear and tear including checking cables.
